Worst insurance company ever

Worst insurance company. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life. Someone from their client care went and added a second vehicle on my profile and I got debited for two vehicles without my consent . I called them spoke to almost 10 different people who gave me 10 different people and no one could give me an answer . The consultants give me one story their managers give another story , the finance people don’t understand how to read their own finance system. They debited me a wrong amount and said it the extra was for the second vehicle that I had asked for a quote on when I ask who said I needed it to be covered no one could take accountability. They don’t even know of the car exists . It could be a ****** car or anything , they don’t have any inspection for the car or proof that the car exists yet some idiot went and added it on my cover . When you call you get told there is nothing they can do that’s what the system says. I honestly am appalled at the level of service I received and that people can do such and no one can ever give you answers or take accountability for their actions. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
