Worst insurance company ever
It takes 2 weeks to finalise and authorise a claim, then the repairer says the repair will take 4 weeks for approximately 4 parts that were damaged. This insurance is the worst ever. There is no communication and follow up of what is happening. It would be easier to fix the car myself than to go through the insurance. Please make your service better or rather not do insurance.
