worst insurance company
Burst pipe on 10June2015. Claim agents always giving us a run around. Runjay requested that the items that were water damaged and written off by the insurance supplier be returned back to me and that I have to pay to have the electronic items tested, but I was never informed of this before. He is rude and has no clue how to deal with claims or clients. He just refuses to settle claim and he is looking for every way not to pay for the written off goods or water damaged items. ********* business practice. They are Quick to get your business but cannot live up to the professional reputation of serving the client. And the customer was supposed to be \king"? I don't think so....king unprofessional."""
