Worst Insurance

<div>King price insurance and their Eastern Cape representative Phemelo are the worst insurance to ever deal with. Our car claim was logged 26th February, to date our car is far from being finished by their chosen panel beater. The panel beater is a known underperformer in town. We have requested on numerous occasions for the car to be moved to another panel beater but each time Phemelo makes excuses for them and promises car is being attended to. 2 weeks ago our daughter tried interfering and Phemelo assured us that the car will be completed by 23rd of April and even confirming all parts have been received. They even sent pictures showing indeed they are working on the car. But my husband went to check the car on Monday, even took a video to our great disappointment the car is still in the same position as it was 2 weeks ago. They claim it needs painting and will be completed by 30th of April. Its a full 2 months of struggling without our car while we continue to pay an insurance that lies. </div>
