Worst experience ever

Hi All,

My first car, my first claim have no defaults in my monthly installments, and yet I am getting the worst experience ever with this Insurance company.

On the 6th of June 2020, I had a terrible terrible car accident in my car and my car is beyond due to attempted highjacking. I took 9 days for the insurance to pick up the car with me calling and moaning about the situation.

Next thing the assessor June 12 the assessor was assigned to (CKP***/2) my case the worst person, I gave them all the required documents case number everything. This guy is being continually psychologically abusing my mind and rights, he getting me angry every time he calls me. I fully understand he is doing him and he must get probably a commission for this case.

I don't want this guy to ever call me again. I need the report so can provide it to the lawyers.

I thought rights things about this company by the look of things I don't recommend people to consider this insurance company. Today is the 8th of July 2020 a month after my accident, they are still playing mind games.
