Worst customer service ever

I'm seriously considering another insurer for my vehicles. I'm with King Price for approximately 4 years. I have all my vehicles insured with King Price. I've had my first claim processed which took approximately 20 days to be finalized. The entire car hire period was exhausted due to the unusually long wait for the claim finalization. King Price have many conflicting excuses however, there is clear evidence that they are inefficient and contradictory. 20 days to finalize a claim is ridiculous. They refuse to extend the car hire although they are responsible for the delay in having the vehicle repaired.
