Worst customer service
Terrible customer service.
This isurance company will only give you the run around. I met in an accident over a month ago and i still have not received feedback from the insurance company.
Over a month is absolutely ridiculous for a claim to not even be approved as yet. They don't care about their customers at all.
On the 13th of September it will be two months that they have the car and not done a single thing as yet. It is extreamly frustrating as life is so hard without a car and they dont care at all.
How much longer do I have to wait! Absolutely Ridiculous!
