WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
So after reading many stories on here, I know I'm not alone. This company loves not paying claims based on peoples ITC records. my claim was rejected based on old defaults and judgements, which they knew at the time of sign up as they did an ITC check when I joined as per their policy docs. Secondly they *******y did an ITC check on my partner without his consent.I work in this industry and I will be taking them to the Ombudsman. on top of it all they cancel my policy and tell me they will refund me all my premiums since inception date, so lets do the math, with KP from May 2014, premium is R199 x 19 months = R3781. they tell me they refunding me R1100 this was in November. its now Jan 4th and still no refund. So me the customer who got broken into and cleaned out for almost R40k and as per the words of the investigator \I have a valid claim"gets rejected"
We would like to re-assure you that we see this in a very serious light and do have our clients best interests at heart, all we asked was for you to supply us with true and complete information, you have provided false information with regard to your financial history. The scoring done at inception of the policy does not identify defaults and judgements listed against your name. Because of this the question was clearly asked at sales stage. Had you supp**** the truth at sales stage we would not have entered into the contract with you. The contract was therefore invalidated and premiums refunded. Please note the refund does take a few days however we note it was processed on 05/01/2016 for an amount of R4009.39 .
