Worst Claims experience with Kingprice

I have been insured for household contents with Kingprice for my property. In December last year, I had a ******* where they cleaned out the house and left me in quite a situation. It has been the longest and most tiring 3 months with Kingprice regarding the claim. There is nothing they havent asked for that is under the sun, at this rate I am waiting for them to ask for my blood too. All the information they needed to process the claim was long provided to them, but 3 months later, I am still discussing the same thing with them. I dont understand how and insurer will collect premiums and then give endless stories when it comes to claims. I met my end of the contract, theyre now failing to meet theirs. Definitely would not recommend Kingprice to anyone looking for peace of mind
