Worst claim customer service

I joined King Price from being referred as the best, but coming from another insurance company. King Price is the worst I ever worked with, their claims department is the worst having to explain over and over again daily to different consultants. They promise to call back but never call. This is the longest claim process I ever had in my life. Called and spoke to manager who as her consultants promise to call back but never do. I wouldn't recommend King Price to anyone.
