Worst car insurance

The worst insurance ever, someone bumped my car at the back on the 30th of December and guess what till today the car isn't fixed still parked at the panelbeaters, since the insurance is the one providing body parts they didn't deliver all the parts hence all the delay. The lady assigned to assist me, Chane, only does her job when I email her. On top of that they are no longer paying for courtesy car I have to sort myself out (without proper communication) while they are the ones delaying the whole process. I'm a chilli client, the insurance is aware that the car is with the panelbeaters yet I'm being over charger (monthly) premiums since I can't send the mealage 😡I'm so irritated by this insurance.
