Taking people's premiums and when claims are made they look for petty things so they may not pay like demanding policy schedule from previous insurer. Anything just not to pay. They are like ******s & fundraisers in illicit ways. Bad business practice (FSCA). Enriching their entity at the expense of premium payers. Wish all the clients will see them for who they are and go for reputable established insurance companies not this "fly by night".

14 Mar 2024, 16:43The matter is not yet resolved on the above matter, claim not yet approved, yet the managers to approve are all within reach but not done. They need to up their game and leave clients happy and not draw negative attention. It's going to be a weekend protracting this matter unnecessarily so. They had excess paid even before settling the claim. Strange way of operation
