Worst and Dishonest
We recently had and accident with our vehicle which was hit on the right hand side. the vehicle was repaired but when we got the vehicle back there was a loud noise coming from the front right wheel. I took the vehicle back and was told by the assessor that it could be related to the accident but cannot say for sure but looks like a damaged C.V joint he will raise the necessary paper work to get it replaced. now a week later I am told that the assessor changed his mind it is wear and tear. I have and 5month old invoice from Driveshaft centre where these CV's were serviced and was told that there are good now after the accident I'm told that they are damaged due to wear. King Price and their assessors are very Dishonest and to people out there looking for a reputable insurance please stay away from King Price they will rip you off. they will not repair your vehicle to the state it was and their assessors are equally Dishonest.

Our assessors have been in contact with you to discuss your concerns. We note that the Cv joints are not related to the accident in any way and that the damage to the vehicle was on the rear fender, rear door and part of the front door. The area of damage is not in the vicinity the Cv joints at all and therefore not related to the incident.
