Worse service/Don’t be insured with them.
I started using this insurance from January and the service I had was the worst. I got mechanical problem while I was in Secunda and when I called for my car to be towed they told me that they can only tow my car until 40km. And I had to pay for someone Thousands of Rands to bring my car to Johannesburg..... no apology nothing

We are truly sorry to hear you feel this way but unfortunately a mechanical breakdown is not an insured peril / not covered under a comprehensive vehicle insurance policy. In this instance as it is not an insured peril we still assist our clients in an emergency to tow the vehicle to the nearest repairer or a maximum distance of 40 kilometers. Should you require cover in the event of mechanical failure you would need to take out cover such as a warranty or maintenance plan in order to enjoy cover in such an event.
