WORSE SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED
My claim was handled by Jaco Venter who has given me a terrible service, he has never called me for an update on my claim, i always called to get an update.
my claim was approved 3 weeks ago and even today i have not received my payout as agreed and i was promised that it will be done within 4 days and i still dont have it. I dont know where king price get such employees do do not know how to provide customer service.
I dont know why im still insured with KING PRICE
