Worse service ever experienced !!

<p>It has been 30 days since I submittted my claim and until now my claim has not been setteled. 2 weeks ago the assessor called me to inform me that the claim was approved and the payment to my finance house would be processed. I contacted my finance house and after 4 working days and then told me the payment did not reflect.</p> <p>I called King Price and was told that the payment was done on the 22nd August 2016 and they provided me a remittance advice which i sent to my finance house. the finance house tried locating the payment but could not find it. I was now not very impressed . on the 29th of August 2016 i called King Price to send me proof of payment and was given the run around. on the 31 st i called and was told that there was system issues which prevented them from processing payouts and that the payments will be re processesd that day. I called again this morning for proof of payment and was sent the remittance advice yet again. </p> <p> </p>
