Worse insurance company ever!!!

Worst insurance company ever!!! I locked my car keys,cell phone,purse& house keys in the car as I dropped off my kid at school. I called the company at 7:37am yesterday, I called them from a borrowed phone and informed the consultant that I locked mine in the car.The lady told me she’ll give the no. I was calling from to the locksmith team. I waited for 2 hours out in the cold next to my car,no phone call came through whatsoever. I had to borrow money from the teacher to top up airtime to call the useless insurance. I spoke to a guy named Kgomo who told me a lame excuse on to why I had to wait for so long.When the Locksmith guy arrived (3hrs later)at 11:17 he unlocked the car in less than a minute so I asked him I sat out in the cold for 3hrs waiting for a service that literally took less than a minute he was suprised and showed me that they only asked him to rescue me at 10:45 ! Going with this ******* insurance paying so much money for a ******* service-Such a disgrace!!!! I’d rather not be insured if the service I got yesterday is your definition of Service!!!! Never again and I will be sure to tell anyone who cares to listen about your ******* service!
