Worse insurance
Lack of communication and how they process claims is just ridiculous, tell me how a claim take so long it’s 3rd party yes but does that mean I must not get any communication as to what is happening on whether my car will be replaced or not? Not forget g am driving a damaged car and they haven’t responded on what will happen next honestly I should have just claimed from my insurance which would be so much better then this bull am receiving right now
