Worse experience, bad customer service and empty promises.

Bad experience... They contacted my wife regarding a quote, they provided a lower premium than the current insurance however, when my wife said that she would want to talk to me first, they said that the offer expires when the call cuts, so she needs to sign up now, which she then did.

King price said that she does not need to worry about cancelling the current insurance since they would do it on her behalf.. the previous insurance was never cancelled and bith insurances debited our account.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, overpromising and underdelevering, and not doing what they said they would.. on my way to cancel this asap..

Pressing people into a tin to make an immediate decision shows me that they are more focused on selling than their actual clients.
