Worse client service for claims

Worst insurance company. Treat there clients like *********. Look for a reason not to pay the claim. As a 7 year client with King Price first time claiming a accident and this is the service. A friendly lady at the finance department try to help to resubmitted the claim but still reject. They didn't even went to the car and see what is the damaged or talk to the guilty party ( to say that came up in a one way). I'm really disjointed in the service provided at King Price... And just from that I will cancel all 5 vehicles from you and rather pay another insurance company as for a company that treated there clients like this. Actually we pay an insurance if something happens not for love and charity......
