Worse claim
Bad experience, I was forced to agree on an excess of 27K,i was not explained of what a chillie cover is, they recorded a call of me agreeing to a cover I didn't even understand.. After having an accident, they told me my access is 27k plus 3.5k additional exccess, the total damage is 33k..they lost my car for 2 months not knowing where it is after they tell me I have to pay such an amount.. Worse experience with an Insurance company

We are truly sorry to hear you feel this way, no insurer can force anyone to take cover and there are many excess options. Your concerns have been sent to our broker department to listen to the sales call to see what was discussed as you would have been aware of your excess from the start of the cover. The excess is also noted on your policy schedule which is sent to you on the day of sale. We confirm that your schedule noting all your policy info was emailed to you on the day your cover started being the 15/12/2020.
