World class service

Last week I called King Price to update my contact details. The initial agent assisted but was not happy with the changes to my premium. I understand the factors taken into account to cause the changes but I have been a client that has never missed a payment nor claimed from you and I'm a month away from officially owning my vehicle. Taking the above into consideration, I'm still not thrilled about the changes but Thembisile from Retentions did provide world class service and as usual, I am very impressed with how they handle various difficult situations.
