Words of Compliment for Royal service on my claim
On the 14th Of August I was involved in MVA and my car was declared written off. The claim Consultant, Dipuo Boshoga was the one handling the claim. She provided feedback frequently re progress on my claim. However, according to the information provided (retrieved from Voice Recording) when I took the policy in 2013 I could have ended up paying the car I don't have anymore for the next 4 years.....But not with KING PRICE..... On the 11th September, they reviewed my claim and decided to authorize the claim. The claim has been finalized now. Thank you so much for providing Royal Service, I really appreciate.
