Wonderful understanding and professional service by Monique!
<p>Having suffered the inconvenience and mess of a leaking geyser for most of a weekend the last thing I wanted was any hassle with my claim. Monique ensured that glitches along the way were sorted out and that the claim was paid out. What was very special to me was her keeping me informed through to the end. Really professional service and understanding shown in difficult circumstances!</p>

I had selected a 5-star rating but I see it accepted it as 1-star red for some reason. They really ought to give one an opportunity to adjust the rating once it is logged…..
You may be interested in my experience of Outsurance when I phoned to cancel my policy. My call was transferred to their cancellation dept. and unfortunately I did not record the name of the agent who took the call. I did not tell him I was transferring all my short term insurance to King Price but somehow he either guessed or picked it up from some source. He proceeded to slate King Price in the worst possible way. He said that you are rated 16th in insurance while they (Outsurance) is rated # 3. Kept on telling me I would regret making the decision especially if I need to claim etc. While he was still going on and on I asked him if he had knowledge of hellopeter.com and he said yes. I went into hellopeter.com and proceeded to read out to him the mainly positive ratings. He asked Where did I get all that from? I rep**** : “hellopeter.com – you said you knew it”. Then I said “sorry about that! Ha!” and put the phone down. Outsurance had increased my monthly payments for this year by 40% - and their service I have not found that wonderful!
