Withholding Third Party Claim

Good Day,

I am a third party, the client of King Price, bumped my car 08/03/2024(East Rand), the Ref Matter no: CKP***_2_1 || Claim no: CKP***/2, i have been dealing with one Mr Dennis Masenya, however King Price cannot get a hold of their client telephonically in order for King Price to process my claim, in order for me to get my vehicle repaired, Dennis from King Price refuses to escalate the matter to his Management, and i was told for as long as they cannot reach their client(despite his logging the incident with them) they cannot pay me to get my vehicle repaired, i have since lost 2 sales for my car, due to the damages.

Please assist.
