I had a claim in September of which everything was explained to the *********** Consultant.My claim was Auth,and only 1 part of my car were repaired.I lodged a complaint requesting calls ,the informed me the rest of the damages had been Auth.Im working as well as kids ,had noone to deliver the car to Auto Magic Montique Gardens,the car wax eventually dropped off to proceed with tge repairs then on Friday I got a call from Shahim Steyn who thinks he knows if all as a assessor telling me KP adviced they're not repairing as the damages are 2 incidents.I discovered the damages who were not there and reported my claim.They get there premiums on time,it's not a state nor ********** ,nor dishonest claim.Was just told take it up with your Insurance.Now I will name and shame King Price on all possible social media platforms including appointing Dr David Klatzow,as well as the ombudsman because I want my claim to be settled.I have done nothing wrong but being a faithful client.King Price I'm guttered.
