Wihan saves the day

<p>I called in to KP on Friday quite frustrated due to a debit order mix up. Once I got through and explained my dilemma I was transferred to the Retentions department where Wihan Geers answered. Not only did he rectify my debit order dates but also noticed my excess was way too high. He managed to get it much lower at a lower premium too and to my surprised he did all this in under 10 minutes. </p> <p> </p> <p>I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to assist. Wihan definitely knows what his doing and does it well - he is an absolute asset to KP! </p>
