<p>08-05-2017 I contacted my insurance company King Price to get a quotation on a second car I am busy purchasing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I came across to a lady by the name of Wiane Van Der Merwe one of the call Centre agents of King Price. She assisted me in each en every way she possibly could. </p> <p> </p> <p>Not only did she give me the best premium, but also delivered brilliant service at the same time. Each and every time I had a query or something going I was unsure about and mailed her, she contacted me in less then 5 minutes. </p> <p> </p> <p>Me myself work in a retail customer service environment and know how important customer service is. This is exactly what I got from King Price, all thanks to their brilliant agent Wiane. </p> <p> </p> <p>Should we ever as customers be able to request a agent to speak to it would definitely be Wiane. I must say she takes pride in her job and as a customer I could hear how passionate she is about her work. </p> <p> </p> <p>For me personally Wiane is a star at King Price. </p>
