why use a 3rd party service you wouldn't use for yourself

was involved in a minor accident, damaging bumper, fender. was assisted timeously. my issue came when i went to pick up my vehicle. came back two tones darker that the entire body of the car. complained to the person handling the matter, was ignored. Then a rude gentleman called and said I ****, and I had my car two toned even before the accident.

they said they didn't paint the car, but the worksheet report from the autobody says they painted. and the bumper, which was supposed to have been exchanged, had to be *****ed in using *****s in my presence on pick up day
