Why an incr 2 months before expected date and why 2 increase letters
So i received my annual review... "Your new monthly premium, effective from the month of October, will be R 2,668.32, which will be debited on 2020-09-23." It is August month and you debited an extra on the 4/9/2020 "FNB :-) Paid from a/c..261955, 04 Sep: R262 Ref.Kingprice Ref118488" October is next month. Subsequent to this i receive another annual incr and this time R2794. 01 'Your royal policy review KP***' this is ridiculous. Its 2 days since ive contacted Kingprice and someone is yet to get back to me.

04 Sept 2020, 15:23Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore! These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. Our sincerest apologies for the delay in feedback, our retentions department will be in contact to discuss your concerns and the way forward.
