Why am I paying insurance
For anyone to see their car in an accident state would be traumatic and having KingPrice by my side this entire experience has just been worst than traumatic. Unfortunately I was involved in my first ever collision the 16 November 2025. Tomorrow is the 21 November 2025 I hope that by tomorrow I will find out if you authorised my claim or not .. if you do not authorise it I will pay for it cash ( R50 000 ) but the day that I’m taking in my car please allow me to have courtesy car on that exact day I’m taking in my car don’t come with alot of stories . I have spoken to the Panel beaters and they said that they just waiting for KingPrice to authorise. Yes this is my very first claim but I can not be stuck without a car for weeks because fixing fixing the car will already be 2-3weeks. Haai no I’m disappointed, this entire process is emotionally taking a toll on one, the company should know when to speed up certain processes. If your company process is still taking 5days just to process things 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
