Where is the service?

I see all these comments of wonderful service and am perplexed. We have been struggling for over a week just to lodge a claim. Tried telephonically to make contact and left number via live chat but still no-one has made contact. We will be sure to switch insurance companies promptly!

Thank you, we are trying to assist my pensioner father who is trying to lodge the claim so as you can imagine at his age of 84 years this is really frustrating for him.
If someone could make contact with him that would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any details.
