Where is the common sense?
How dumb are your call center consultants? I sent an email asking for a cell phone to be added to my existing inurance policy. In the email I leave my cell phone number where I can be contacted. Then the consultant phones me and ask me to verify my cell phone number on which he has just called me and the email address to which he just responded. Is there no commen sense in King Prince Insurance?
