WHERE IS MY OIL SUMP?

I have been a loyal customer for going on 8 years now with King Price. But after the service I am receiving for my current vehicle claim I can honestly say that I will not be renewing my policy again and I will advise people not to take out car insurance with them. My vehicle has been sitting at the mechanics for nearly a month now and they are still waiting for a simple part. The wrong parts were sent initially, according to the mechanic. Their famous app that they push on you is never updated and gives you the wrong information concerning your claim. I have tried emailing and calling the claims department for the last 3 weeks and all I get is empty promises and no answers! When I read the reviews here, they all tell the same story. This is total incomitance from a company that advertises about their GREAT SERVICE DELIVERY! Stay away from this company if you are considering taking out a policy, and in future look for an insurer that has a good track record when it comes to sorting out your claims.
