When signing up 1st time O felt pressured I was very uncertain. Then I wanted to cancel, first guy I spoke to (can't remember his name), actually **** to me about things I do know and logical common sense. I was absolutely negative. The after a few days I spoke to Mathlaga Motloung, what a wonderful person. She changed my completely negative outlook on KP. Mathla was absolutely wonderful and professional, she assisted me and made me feel good. I rate her 10 out of 5. An asset to the company. Because of her I rate 5 stars. Unfortunately (not because of her) I still cancelled because of other reasons. But because of Mathla I would consider KP in future.
