After recommending "this warranty product" to a friend, when he experienced car troubles, the only assistance he received was a cold shoulder, justified by fine print. A request to cancel my own product on 31/5, somehow confirms this bad service as till date, 3/6 I am still struggling to get confirmation of cancellation or any contact whatsoever, other than bot responses on my email. App call back request has also all of a sudden a technical problem not allowing me yo make such a request. When needed most, this is when assistance lacks most. Cannot recommend King Price at all.
