When I received the email regarding my annual increase, I rep**** asking for a review of my policy. I received a phone call the next day and within a few minutes the consultant (Katlego Mthabela) had helped my change my address on the policy, given me requested information, and found some available discounts that could be app**** to ny insurance policy. As a result my premium will even decrease now. Wonderful service from the King Price team
