When I phoned King Price Emergency Service to ask for a tow truck, Tlotlo Mogotsi answered the phone and was really kind and willing to help. I usually have to wait an hour or so for the tow truck, so I was surprised to find that today I only had to wait 20 minutes. As soon as I hung up with her, she quickly sent the tow truck on its way. The tow truck arrived at my business yard ten minutes after we called, and I was impressed with how fast she responded to my request.
