When I called for an Emergency breakdown, the Customer Care department couldn't assist and kept transferring me to the wrong departments
When I called for an Emergency breakdown, the Customer Care department couldn't assist and kept transferring me to the wrong departments. 0/10 Eventually, I got through to the Emergency department, who was willing to assist me with a towing truck.10/10 Today I logged my claim and Noluthando was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 Let's hope that my claim will be sorted out quickly.
