When claiming back there is are suddenly clauses. Very disappointed

So my claim was denied because I moved homes and stated that my jewelery needs to be checked and the microwave.

Now I have no evidence that the jewelery got taken on the premises or after

But king price wants to be smart amd decline the claim based on something I had no control of and can't blame anyone.

1stly when I app**** 4 years ago ì asked the guy should I take pictures of my stuff because I was new to it all he said no if anything goes missing King Price will be liable.

I've asked for recordings and they tell me to contact client care very rudely also.

You guys have obviously evolved over the years and perhaps contact the client saying this is now how it works because before you did cellphones then after that you said no more cellphone only policy so I would expect some sort of follow up call if I have a policy.

Never mind that. But today my jewelry us gone i said it was based on a moved but it must have gone missing with the movers as I asked them to pack everything as i have a new born baby so I did not see what goes in an out. I have sneakers that's not here my pair of lacostes and Steve madden but I figured if I claim for that someone will say oh no it's not labeled or whatever **** excuse like the lady said our decision is final and we rejecting your claim.

I asked for fine print on everything that happens because i feel if that they has no value I would not care bur a ring worth 30k is a lot and you can even meet me half way.

Because you've not educated all your staff yet we ask the right questions.

I will not back down even if we take this to court.
