Whatever you do DON'T claim - disappointment!

I was with Outsurance for almost 15 years and traded them in for King Price based on the insurance premium. When you want to join King Price the phone is answered within seconds - when you want to claim you'll be on hold for 45 minutes! They've had my BMW for 3 weeks and I hear today that they only approved the claim yesterday and it'll take another 2 weeks (5 weeks in total) - I have the car rental option which ends next week (after 30 days) and then I'll be without a car until \THEY\" decide to get their act together! Then I find out they're only covering the accident part of the claim where we hit a pavement in the flash floods but they're not covering the hail damage that was caused in the same indcident! SERIOUSLY!!!! As I write this complaint I've been on hold for 28 minutes with this hideous and nauseating music playing at volume levels that distort it! I expect a call back from a \"human being/person\"....not a machine immediately....failing which I'm going to sandblast my compliant across the internet!!! I really expected more from a company that claims to have such an excellent service record....I'm really missing OUTSURANCE at this very moment!!!!"
