What is going on with Kingprice!!!

Used to have no issues, but had broken screen and they refused to replace as when I wanted to specify gaming screen was advised it is not necessary as it falls under home coverage. When it then broke was advised I had to specify it as it was over R3500. Conveniently the recording was apparently lost??? Now I had brake in and they refuse to pay for smash and grab that came with window, my access is R1250 and that is price of the window without smash and grab. So not even willing to pay that extra R550???
