WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT
We have been insured with KP for about 4 years and to date found their service very good. However, this week - SHOCKING.
I may my wife was involved in an accident, which was not her fault. The claim procedure was painless, and the car repaired (not a great body shop). Then yesterday I received a policy update and our premium has increased by almost 40%!!! I have called and mailed - no response.
