What a bunch of ******!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this insurance. They clearly state, no payment no cover but when I called to cancel after my premium didn't go off for obvious reasons R1000 of my premium was kept behind. I was told that had I made a claim in the 15 days before my premium went off I would have been covered, which is absolute bull****!!! There is no way I would of had full cover if I did not pay, but then money is deducted 15 days later without my knowledge and then I'm told they can only refund a portion because had I claimed they would of covered me. Absolute bull ****!! bunch of ******!!!!!!!!!
