Went through to the retentions department as I had a better offer from Mi Way
Went through to the retentions department as I had a better offer from Mi Way. The gentleman was so bubbly and informative. He even gave me a reduced rate on my premiums. It was not as low as Mi Way but I accepted the cheaper rate from you guys due to the helpful gentleman. Am pleased with your service.
