Well done King Price
Earlier today I emailed the customer care at KP to check that my vehicle inspection form was received and that my cover has been activated to full cover. within 5 minutes I got a call from Garteth v/d Westhuizen telling me that hasn't been received (utter dismayed since the form was apparently sent in early December already!). Gareth undertook to sort this mess out and upon receipt of the form from me he did just that. All sorted in less than 15 minutes and with a smile nonetheless! thanks Gareth for making a difficult situation bearable!!
