I had to update some information regarding my vehicles insured with King Price. I was having difficulty in doing so and decided to use the web chat. I was assisted by Lelanie Strydom, who was very polite and understanding my issue. I provided her the required information. Before I know it, my policy was updated and new contract mailed to me.
