We requested road side assistance on Friday night, the service was not good at all, we only received an SMS no one called to update us until we cancelled the request and looked for an alternative after an hour of waiting I forgot the consultant's name. On Wednesday we requested for roadside assistance again and the consultant's name was Kwena, and she was very helpful, though the truck arrived late but she made sure to stay in contact and to keep us updated.
