We interacted with Peter and he went over and above to assist us. We had taken out our policy last year December. We needed to get a copy of the initial call as the cellphones insured was not the correct phone and the imei numbers weren't loaded. As a result he actually offered to call us after assisting on WhatsApp. We ended the call mush more relieved and at ease. That is what great customer service is all about. Well done Peter
