We have a motor accident claim against King price and had the misfortune of having our claim handled by Dennis Masinya. He's very rude and abrupt, he didn't even listen to my questions, instead he spoke over me and telling me it's month end I'm wasting he's time. My call was made at 12:27 i hope his manager Monique Manser will listen to the call and hear the level unprofessionalism i have encountered. So appalling.
